Method
- Mix together the Pork Mince, Egg, Breadcrumbs, Sea Salt and Black Pepper in a large bowl
- Form into 4 equal size balls and flatten slightly
- Put in refrigerator for an hour or so
- Meanwhile, in a pan, heat up the water and add the Apples
- Add the Sriracha Sauce according to taste (careful it is hot!!)
- Cook over a medium heat until Apples are tender but retain their shape
- In a small bowl mix together the Onion, Celery, Parsley Chilli and Mayonnaise
- In a frying pan, add the Oil and heat until hot
- Add the Burgers from the fridge and cook for about 15 minutes turning regularly
- Now assemble the Burgers
- First the Apple Chutney on the base of a Brioche Bun
- Then the Pork Burger
- Top with the Slaw
- Place the Brioche "lid" on and secure with a wooden skewer
- Serve with Chips and enjoy

Notes
Keep a close eye on the apples whilst they cook. You want them to be tender enough to eat, but still hold their shape beautifully for that delightful chutney texture.
